Update 7 April 2020- Crocus Homes would like to thank those who have taken the time to provide feedback to us. This feedback will now be collated and make part of the Planning Application to be submitted to Broadland District Council shortly.
Following our recent communications with regard to the unfortunate cancellation of the planned event on Friday 13th March 2020, we are pleased to provide the information which would have been available at the event.
The information board showing the most recent site layout proposal, along with a selection of our house designs can be found here;
Below are some visuals of Bure Gardens and how it may look.

Whilst these are visual representations and there may be some small changes, the overall quality, space and feel of the layout we will create is well represented here.
The proposed mix of house types is as follows;
Private Housing- 20 Homes
Affordable Rented Homes – 6 Homes
Affordable Shared Equity Homes – 4 Homes (Purchase at 75% of Market Value)
Affordable Homes Total- 10 Homes
Private Housing Total- 20 Homes
Overall Total of 30 homes
We hope this is helpful in reflecting the plans in more detail for you and to assist in answering any questions you may have.

As mentioned in our correspondence, Crocus Homes would welcome your thoughts and feedback on our site layout and design proposals via our feedback section which can be found below
(Please note that Crocus respectfully ask that feedback on the principle/decision for 30 new homes in this location are not raised as part of the feedback process, as this outcome has already been determined by the Local Planning Authority).
You can fill in this online form up until Monday 6th April 2020, after which we will collate all comments received for review and implementation as appropriate. Our proposals will then be finalised, and a Planning Application submitted to Broadland District Council during April/May 2020.
